Technical characteristics

This cyclone feeds qualified heavy-medium suspension of single density into the cyclone under appropriate pressure. Raw coal is fed into the cyclone by its own weight, and three products, clean coal, medium coal and gangue, are sorted in sequence. The process system is simple and the investment cost is low.

The second-stage sorting density can be conveniently and flexibly adjusted steplessly online, and the quality of clean coal and medium coal can be guaranteed.

The sorted materials enter the cyclone without pressure, the sorting accuracy is high, and the materials are not over-crushed. It has a high feed limit, large processing capacity, strong waste removal ability, and strong adaptability.

It has good wear resistance and is embedded with OI ceramic wear-resistant lining, which ensures long service life.
