Technical characteristics

Cyclones operate in medium suspensions of uniform density. The suspension is pumped into the cyclone under appropriate pressure, while the raw coal enters the cyclone by gravity. The cyclone can produce three products, namely clean coal, medium coal and gangue. The cyclone process system is simple and the initial capital cost is low.

Since the separation density of the second stage can be adjusted arbitrarily online, the quality of clean coal and medium coal can be ensured.

The advantages of gravity feeding raw coal include: higher processing capacity, higher sorting accuracy, no excessive crushing, the ability to handle a wider range of feed particle sizes, stronger waste removal capacity, and higher adaptability.

The cyclone separator is lined with OI wear-resistant ceramic tiles to extend service life.
