Introduction

The centralized control system mainly realizes automatic control and comprehensive protection of washing equipment, and realizes process interlocking and fault handling, which plays a core role in saving energy and increasing efficiency of coal preparation plants and reducing production failures.

The centralized control system uses the industrial control computer IPC as the upper management and operation computer. The two computers are hot backup for each other, and use PLC and related control equipment to form a distributed centralized control system. Each main power distribution point is equipped with a control substation to interlock start/stop control of the main power equipment and monitor the power supply, current, temperature, status and various protections of the equipment. The mosaic or large screen is installed indoors to display important process parameters and equipment status in real time. The large-screen LCD monitor is used to dynamically display the coal preparation plant's process flow, equipment operating status, real-time data of each production link, and fault signals in various forms such as sound, light, curves, and color changes.

The upper monitoring computer processes and filters production information, and sends important information to the computer management network to achieve sharing of production information throughout the factory.
