Technical characteristics

1. The density control system mainly realizes real-time monitoring and automatic control of suspension density, suspension slime content, cyclone inlet pressure and the liquid level of each liquid level barrel. Using PID algorithm and related expert systems, the control accuracy has been greatly improved, and the density control accuracy has reached 0.003g/cm.

2. The control system is composed of German Siemens S7-300 series PLC and Taiwan Advantech industrial control computer, with optimized structure and flexible configuration. Kingview6.53 configuration software is used to develop human-machine interface, which has rich visual operation interface, good openness and powerful database function.

3. Each control loop has automatic and manual functions, and realizes disturbance-free switching; the industrial control computer system realizes the display of process flow, real-time collection, display, recording, and query of process parameters, and forms coal type characteristic curves to achieve the best control effect of different coal types.
