PEF compound swing jaw crusher is widely used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, chemicals, cement and other industries due to its advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, and safe use.

It is suitable for various ores and rocks with coarse and medium crushing compressive strength below 250MPa. Among them, crushers with three specifications above PEF0609 can also crush various hard ores and rocks. PEF-X fine crushing compound pendulum jaw crusher is suitable for fine crushing of ores and rocks below 160MPa.

Working principle

The motor power drives the eccentric shaft of the movable jaw to rotate through the V-belt, causing the movable jaw to swing in a complex manner (the movable jaw, eccentric shaft, toggle plate and the frame form a crank swing mechanism). When the movable jaw plate approaches the fixed jaw plate, the material is squeezed, bent, split and broken. When the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate, the material is discharged from the discharge port.
